Was looking for a timer for interval training in the gym & running, bought this because you can set 2 intervals, and it is ideal. I found it easy to set up tho’ I do need the instructions to remind myself sometimes. Like the black soft-touch coating.

As a beginner runner, I started interval training (running and walking) and wanted a gadget to help me time each interval. This little item does exactly that – it’s flexible timing-wise and easy to adjust (when I want to lengthen one interval or shorten another) and it’s really easy to use. You can set the alarm to sound or vibrate and as I use an MP3 player, I simply clip the Gymboss to my bra and feel the vibration telling me to change to the next interval. It has options for the amount of time (up to 9 seconds) that the alarm will sound (or vibrate) and when the whole workout is finished, it lets you know by beeping/vibrating in repeated short bursts. If you want a reliable, simple but ‘clever’ interval device, this is absolutely ideal. In a nutshell, I am thrilled with it!

The Gymboss Interval timer is brilliant!
Solid construction. Simple and very easy to use. Stop watch or interval timer. Clips onto clothing.
You can have one or two intervals (i.e. exercise and rest), set the number of repetitions of these intervals or just have it run continuously, have bleeper or vibration (or both).
Definitly recommend this product if you are into any kind of training; circuit training, fartlek training, strength training, SAQ.
