Compact, cheap, convenient,
Working as a GP, this is very handy- small, lightweight complete with a cover. Its cheap & does not feel very robust but is practical & very easy to use. I didn’t get to choose a colour when ordering it but got a yellow one which looks fine. It takes a couple of seconds to start reading when the button is pressed & then turns itself off a few seconds after removed. Takes 2xAAA batteries. Would definitely recommend it to other health professionals as basic equipment.

As a patient with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease I wanted to be able to monitor my blood oxygen levels. This product does the job beautifully. I am immediately able to check both oxygen in the blood and pulse rate. As soon as I remove my finger the display zeroes and in a second or so automatically switches off to maintain battery life. Just the job.

I bought this item for professional use and have found it indespensible. It provides accurate readings both adults and older children and due to the compact size, I am able to keep it in my pocket for quick use. The carrying case is very useful for protecting the oximeter when carrying from site to site.

p.s. I would imagin that the product would also be useful for non medical use by sportsmen and women for pulse monitoring on-the-go.
