This kettlebell is good quality & easy to handle. The handle is nice & wide..really easy to grip.

I'm extremely fit & workout on a regular basis & find that this is too low a weight for just doing reps, but is perfect for long Kettlebell aerobic workouts. It's heavy enough to give some resistance & whilst doing a 40 minute workout you can really feel it!!
Some people recommend using a higher weight whilst doing a workout, but I think it would be harder to maintain a full Kettlebell aerobic routine unless you've worked-up to that weight over a period of time.

So...great for a full-on workout, but too low a weight for just reps.

as a beginner i wasn't sure of weight to use so bought 3kg and 6kg Yorkies
the 3kg i find heavy enough for now. They are great to handle, i have quite large hands and
the grip is wide enough, and comfortable, you won't need gloves!
Additonal bonus they were delivered the next day along with DVD to snow bound rural Cumbria!

I suffer from from 2 sorts of Arthritis which restricts my mobility and ability to exercise. As this is a low impact on your joints machine , it is an ideal way for me to keep as fit as I am able.

This was a waste of time for me. Once i had assembled it (looks more daunting than it actually is!), i immediately knew it was wrong for me. The position that it forces you into when using it was a strain on my back. I am 5ft 6in, and when holding on to the handlebars, my arms were pulled really far forward so that i really had to lean forward in order to use it. Ideally, you should be in an upright position. All credit to Amazon customer service though who were happy to collect it - i will be ordering a different one instead - fingers crossed it works!

Unlike the previous customer, I didn't find it anatomically wrong.
But I have to say that it's too fragile. It only worked properly for two weeks. After that, it got loose (in the factory assembled mechanisms) and stoped working completely after a month. It's just waste now.
I don't usualy write reviews, but I wish I had read a review like this one before buying the machine.
These companies shouldn't be encouraged in making huge and non-biodegradable disposable products.
Waste of money and space.

Gymballs sometimes called Swiss Balls, are great for a wide range of exercises, core work including abs, and shaping / bodybuilding, used in conjunction with weights. This is the type we use in gyms, don't buy those cheap ones from the supermarket, they can let you down, in more than one way! You have a quality ball here, and of course the Reebok name is a sign of quality.
They do come in a range of sizes, which may be confusing. If you are of average height the 65cm version would be ideal, 55cm if you are short, or very tall go for 75cm. When correctly inflated and you sit on the top of the ball, with feet on the floor, your knees should be at 90 degrees.
You should get many years use from for Gymball. Bob, Personal Trainer.

This is an excellent piece of kit and was sourced for me by my wife who runs a gym. She recommended this fitball over the others on the market and suggested I use it as an office chair owing to a long-standing back injury. If you can get used to using a fitball as an office chair, it really helps cut down on the aches and strains of sitting at a computer for 15 hours a day as I do. Very highly recommended.

I love this new gadget! Not only does it feel like it's really working the abs, but it doesn't have the same monotony and boredom of the usual sit-up routine. I have used it for only 5 mins or so each day for the last month and my abs are definitely stronger, as I find it much easier now. I'm still to see a six-pack, but that's also due to diet to reduce midriff fat. It works and tones the upper abs mostly.
One negative is that it is quite hard on the wrists and hands, so would be unsuitable for someone with weaker/arthritic joints.
It is solid and fun to use, takes up hardly any space, and comes at a great price. Recommended!
